ok, you guys REALLY are just making things up at this point.
werent professions butchered into oblivion? into literal uselessness

it was a very good expansion

The setting/story (not the details, which were a bit too cheesy, but the story about legion and nightelves past always thrills me, sad to see it go for alliance yawn vs horde yawn)

• its kind of wod ins't it? cept without the 5~ mill more subs it had that complained until they left

The Mage Tower challenges. It motivated me to play more classes and specs I've never considered trying before. Plus most of the challenges felt pretty rewarding to complete.

Demon Hunters. Fun new class, I love new things and it just worked very well. It also showed they can add new classes in the future and not be burdened with having to come up with 3 new specs for it.

Now that the expansion has wrapped up, what is 1 positive thing that you personally liked about the expansion?

Too many to list. Basically just about everything you've been complaining about on the forums lately is probably something I actually liked about Legion. It's been a fantastic expansion.

My 1 positive thing would be the auction house improvements. They were a great quality of life change.

What improvements? I use Auctioneer so it's quite possible that explains why I never noticed them....

some people liked not having to deal with RNG hell on weapon upgrades. I know I got stuck with a TSD till my guild was in ICC and I had that thing from before we had any raid kill Kelthuzad in Naxx in early wrath.

I too enjoyed the idea of artifacts. Wished they didn't hide relics so much in world quests and loot drops (i don't think i saw a single relic drop that I could ever use on any toon I played... all my relics were from quests or vendors.... my luck with weapons has always been shit)

And if anything, the AH got worse in Legion in terms of scan times for addons(on big servers it's actually awful)

I have definitely noticed that there are times when the AH is very sluggish. I prefer to use it only after midnight because then it's fast.
