Not the foggiest. Been wanting to pick it up at some point but been lazy and with my current backlog it's not worth spending $15 for it to sit there for potentially years.

Yeah a little bit. People also said it wasn't as good as 2 and that multiplayer mod had just came out for it so they probably just stuck with that.

Many folks had issues running the game, I think (not sure, but I think) they were mainly AMD issues - certainly I had no problem running an Intel and Nvidia setup.

I highly recommend the game if you enjoy blowing stuff up and having dumb fun. Personally, I think it's a helluva lot better than 2 but I know many disagree.

IIRC that's when those go live/end and M/W/F are when they do the software/book/etc. bundles.

Not a bad bundle. Only game I really have any interest in is Lords of the Fallen, but given that that's regularly on sale for like $4-5 I'll likely pass on this one.
