That really depends for you.
Its a 40-50hour game if you wish to 100% it and IMO Game of the year. So watch some gameplay of it and decide for yourself.
Personally for me my PS4 was paided for the day I got Bloodborne and everything else was icing on the cake.

Nobody knew there was an exclusive from software game in development for PS4 until e3 2014(well the leak a few days before it). So you're quite the Nostradamus, or quite the insider. Not sure which.
Hell Dark Souls 2 came out months after the PS4 launched. Bloodborne was literally out of no where and no one expected it.
If it wasn't exclusive you wouldn't need to buy a PS4 to play it. You don't need to own a Sony console to play DS2 or DS3.
At the time of the PS4 launch the next From Software game wasn't even announced for it(Dark Souls 2) and was last gen. Nobody bought a PS4 at launch to play a from software game. That was just a silly post to try and gain cred, it's okay though.
I'm just waiting for a PS4 emulator. That way I can have better graphics when I play the PS4 exclusives.

You are essentially asking if a single, single player game is worth $350.
No... the answer is no.
A gun is like a parachute. If you need one, and don’t have one, you’ll probably never need one again.
It clearly isn't worth it.
That said if you don't mind the money, why not. It's up to your financial situation.
I bought the gamecube only for Zelda. But I'd done with console since the last gen. Release on PC or IDGAF, no exception (even if I would love to play GoW, Horizon and a few switch games)
I think there was an interview that said there would be one. Actually thinking about it, any handheld spin off would have to be on switch in the mean time. I don't think that's so bad. And they're free to reuse assets for the next one so I don't think it would take as long.
