Also from what we've been shown, the ritual isn't even necessary for those who are converted by someone who has already undergone it, otherwise when Crowly offered his blood to the Hillsbrad Refugees, they would have had to go undertake the ritual immediately to keep control of themselves, but they didn't have to.

I think you're overlooking this too much. Blizzard just chose that animation for him during the siege. I've been on the beta and he's just fine. >_>

Seems very plausible, I think you are on to something OP. Since Anduin being at least half Worgen is more or less already confirmed, we should consider that he is also half Naaru, as indicated by his strong affinity for the light, and half Elf, due do his rather feminine facial features.

There is a very reasonable theory making its rounds according to which Anduin is going to unite all the races, in himself!
