No more Auto Accept Invite, does that mean...

It's going to be extra hassle farming Old Raids for Mounts/Tusk?

    Right now, it's...

    1. Log on to a character saved until Garrosh (For instance),
    2. put up a "Don't Join" Raid and check Auto-Invite.
    3. I then log my plate user, got Auto-Accepted into the raid,
    4. Zone in, wait a minute til he becomes Raid Leader, then kill Garrosh.

With this change, it's gonna be...

    1. Log on to a character saved until Garrosh,
    2. put up a "Don't Join" Raid
    3. I then log my plate user, apply for the raid,
    4. Log back to the saved character, accept the invite,
    5. Log back to plate user, accept invite,
    6. Zone in, wait a minute til he becomes Raid Leader, then kill Garrosh.

Am I right or am I wrong? Because it looks like this change is just that, extra hassle for mount/mog farmer.

    Fun Detected.

EDIT: This change is already live.

Just tested it and it is exactly as you describe.

At the end of the day it's an extra sprinkling of hassle but at least it doesn't break the functionality. Now, if you were attempting to do this with a slow connection or without an SSD, however...

oh, wow, Blizzard really hates the fact people are still finding ways to use group finding addons to do world quests.... Too bad they are making it harder for everyone..

I guess Blizz needs to bump up their engagement statistics, and having people blast through WQs by using addons to group interferes with that..

The more hassle for mount/mog farmers, the better.

Why you are so happy about others getting hassle? How does other's activities affect you in any way?

    This change is retarded.

This seem more to be a battle on addons and such. The hassle is created by yourself, though. Blizzard didn't make the game intended to having to relog alts for boss saves for your main.

Minor hassle compared to going through the instance, take the extra minute in stride? o.O

Probably just has a reason you or I don't know much about, doubt a retard figured out how to slip it in.

And don't throw "how do others affect you?" when it frequently ruins the spirit of the game/design/etc. Not that I care much about that particular one.
Not enough content? Change you dislike?
Unsub or sub later. Give Blizzard feedback, "vote" with money.
Give feedback through official channels → quit paying.

Is everybody who's saying the auto-accept button is gone playing on NA?

Because the hotfix should be live in all regions and for me, on EU, the auto-accept feature is still there and working perfectly fine.
Maybe it just broke something on the NA servers that caused it to disappear and it's not getting removed on purpose at all?

Yes, that is exactly correct. Sucks.

What they should do is accept that people will group to do WQs, have players autojoin a WQ-specific raid when they enter the area, and scale the WQs based on the number of players so they're fun to do. But that would take, you know, work.
