I did the AV for Duelers Guild fair and square and it was pretty easy against all these backpaddlers (only bm-hunter with spirit beast made me sweet),

but I didnt like the fact that you had to search People to duel against with LFG-tool, because otherway you wait there for like 1-2h until 1 guy comes and duels you.

The good 1v1 classes pretty much doesnt matter, when you dont duel high skilled players, your example is more like losing a race when Rogues/Monks/Druids run against a wall...

Atleast I can be proud for my title + tabard.

I got all of the achievements and title/tabard in about 30 minutes of win trading with my guild.

There's no point in not cheating since duels are so unbalanced right now. Unless you're a Disc/Feral/Fury/Rogue, you're better off just win trading all your achieves and never coming back.

So, you cheated, violating the terms of use in a way that can and should result in an account ban if caught, and now you're bored...

Anyways, I do agree that 1v1 balance is totally fucked right now... With War Mode and the Dueler's Guild being a thing 1v1 balance does need to start being a thing they take into consideration or both of these features are going to flop hard, and I'd really rather they didn't flop... I really want these things to be successful, but with balance the way it is right now that will never happen.

Just because a thing wasn't balanced in the past doesn't mean it shouldn't be in the future... War Mode and the Dueler's Guild weren't a thing before, they are now, they were selling points of the expansion, they need to be taken into consideration.

As far as I'm concerned they should try to at least balance a little for 1v1... such a absurdly tiny minority of the playerbase does 3v3 arenas (where all PvP balance is currently focused), there's no reason to balance all PvP around the format that almost no one plays... Balance should be focused on the type of combat that happens most frequently, which is either 10v10+ (both causal and Rated Battlegrounds), or 1v1 (most of what war mode fights are)...

Ideally IMO it should be balanced around 10v10 BGs (where the overwhelming majority of the game's PvP takes place), and then they should look at outlier match-ups where X spec has no chance against Y spec (like Ret vs Frost/Arcane Mages, where the Ret loses by default, or any Warlock spec vs Ret where the Warlocks lose by default) and even them out a bit.

The way it works is a joke, i havent seen anyone in the area as alliance for about a solid week now.

It should really have gone to some area where both horde and alliance could que up, and everyone could watch, without pvp enabled of course except in the ring where its going on, could even have a few rings going at the same time

Someone there was offering to win trade for me since he beat my poor shadow priest and got the achievement. I denied. I wouldn't feel good about having the achievement when I know I didn't earn it by myself. Besides I don't really mind for the achievement. I do the duels just for fun. Bigger problem with the guild currently is that there doesn't seem to be many players there. I hope it will get more populated.

We didn't exploit any game mechanics or bugs, they gave us an option to /forfeit duels and so we used it. No my problem it took you days/weeks to get the achievements while I did it in minutes. Maybe Blizz should fix that loophole if they don't want people using it?

Not sure if I get much satisfaction of that achievement, but don't like the idea that I have done things in cheap way. I mostly just hope that the area comes a popular dueling place and duel there just for fun. I've been dueling as a shadow which at the moment isn't the greatest dueling spec and haven't gotten the achievement yet. Not that I have done many duels there at all since there aren't much people. I don't like entering there as disc, since I feel like people will be spitting on me entering as a healer

There were also honor farming groups at Darkshore pre-patch and I didn't go there to get 500 honor levels by trading kills with other faction. Getting honor levels by win trading doesn't really sound very honorable to me and I would always remember how I got those levels and wouldn't be happy. Besides it's more fun that I have something to achieve in time by earning honor the normal way and be more happy when I hit a milestone. But that's just how I feel. I'm not telling others how to play the game. Their achievements doesn't affect my play.

Win trading has always been a bannable offense, you'd lose that suit. You've also always had the option to sit down and let your opponent kill you, but Blizzard still bans people for it when they win trade in arenas. It's not an accusation, you admitted to win trading, which Blizzard considers cheating.

I'm sorry, are you complaining about how boring a feature of the game is because you exploited it with your guild mates, therefore not actually even experiencing it how it was intended? Is this a funny joke?

I'm not crying or complaining, I got all my achieves in 30 minutes and was just showing how anyone can do it making them pointless. If I ever want to go back and duel for fun, I still can. But I got more important shit to do, so prob never will.
