Conquest Point Reward Structure - Good or Bad for you?

At first i was outraged because i could never reach the weekly cap only spaming random BG's.

Daily Normal BG gives - 40 Conquest Points (280 per week) (losses give nothing and after the daily a win only gives 8)
Skirmish Daily - 15 CP (105 per week)

So i was all like "WTF is this bull crap, i have to do Arenas?"

But then i realized Random Epic Battleground gives 65 CP daily! (455 per week)

Now im less outraged
So basically, my casual self will do the Epic and Normal win of the day and the rest is just for fun.

Seems acceptable.

What are your thoughts?

edit: I just did a Epic BG and only rewarded me 8 CP. Even though on the tooltip says it gives 65. Bug? Everything is broken?

Not having logged in to check it yet, what is the weekly cap? As in, being a cashul scrublord, how screwed are you if you miss a day of BGs one week?

Haven’t decided if I cba to go rated pvp this season, GCD changes make pvp feel... weird.

Im not sure if it caps at 500 per week.

All i know is that we need 500 to receive the reward at the cache.

I cant help you because i dont really know :S
And i see no vendors on the PvP area just yet.

Yes, the majority thinks is a bug. Some say is ilvl 340.

It still sucks for some classes who dont need that particular weapon.

As for vendors
I see no vendors anywhere on the PvP area.
Maybe they are supposed to be added later? IDK
But im pretty sure we will be having vendors.

they released it early so we would have more time to beta test.

The only problem i see is that my average item level is 343 and my first conquest reward is a 280 item level dagger, which i could be better during leveling as a fresh 110. what a joke

The item level is bugged. Its 340 actually.

But i dont mind that bug because is just visual.
What i mind is messing up my Conquest Point daily Epic Battleground.
I actually won one and only gave me 8, intead of the 65 i need for the weekly cap...

You get to pick the weapon you want based on your spec when you reach 500 conquest, its not 280 the tooltip is bugged, its 340

seems alright.. i only did 2 brawls(1 loss 1 win) and am sitting at 100+ something conquest points.

You should be able to pick your weapon once you go to the bounty war chest.

Can confirm, everything about the numbers with PvP seems super broken atm.

They fixed the 280 wep, its 345 now. But quests are showing incorrect rewards still, epic BG's giving 8 conquest on a win sometimes....among other things. Its a mess atm.

iLvl got fixed, but I'm still getting a 345 1h sword for my Arms Warrior.
