Yes rogues need more mobility when they have over the top defensives, crowd control, utility and damage.

In a world with no GCDs and unlimited ability resources, pretty much everyone would be gods. No GCD and unlimited ability resources would literally mean that you could just make a macro that had "/cast "insert hardest hitting ability here"" repeated 300 times, and then just hit it once to instantly obliterate anything you targeted. The reason we hade burst of speed as an option in mop was because back then every si gle caster could cast spells on the run, this is no longer the case. Would be way to much to have bos today!

If it was talent that replaces Sprint then... why not? It was fun, just make it cost more energy.

BoS was only OP in PvP, but I sure loved it. Maybe they could give it back to us and make it an out of combat only ability. I really used it mostly for getting around town faster when talking to people (and you don't want to keep remounting)

I actually agree, when people are listing mobile classes in Uldir, rogue doesn’t even get mentioned anymore. Though it was pretty broken.
