no, money doesn't buy happiness. it buys peace of mind (in that you don't have to worry about how you will afford to survive), but it does NOT buy happiness. it can pay for therapist (you should go to one, given your posting history), but its not guarantee that therapy will actualy work - that you had to put effort into. it doesn't buy unconditional love. money is a tool, its means to an end, its not the end. it can only do as much as the person wielding it.
so yes. you can have a ton of money and be profoundly, deeply unhappy. stuff =/= happiness. stuff is a temporary burst of endorphins very similar to the boost you get from drugs, but its only temporary, so you'll have to keep buying more and more stuff, while wondering why your temporary joy lasts less and less each time.
