I've heard you have to microwave it before opening and then drink the whole glass in one go, otherwise it spoils.

There should be an expiration for sealed and a "consume within x days if opened" on the container.

Use your nose to understand if something is bad. Smell is one of the best descriptors of bad/rotten food.

Sealed: 1-2 months beyond sell by date
Opened: 1 month beyond sell by date regardless of when opened
