There are a lot of circumstances where a person might truly deserve death. The problem comes from a lack of absolute certainty that the person in question actually did one of those things that warrant it.

The obvious things, really. Murder, pedophilia, watching anime.

Stealing, vandalizing, breaking and entering, and trespassing (as long as it is clear the land belongs to someone, like a house with a yard or fenced in land with "Trespassers will be shot" signs) all deserve death. Fighting back against police trying to arrest you should also be death. Of course, greater crimes like rape and murder would also be death. It should be fully legal to shoot and kill someone trying to steal your car or break into your home. Likewise, a store owner should be able to shoot a thief who is running in the back lawfully. Now, evidence would be needed, if you want to gun down criminals as a store owner, you would want to invest in cameras so it is clear they were stealing.

I think the only case of the death penalty being necessary is when they're still a threat to everyone around them, even in the prison scene. For instance, prisoners who murder/ attempt to murder other prisoners themselves, or people outside by proxy.

2) Never did it, and I actually would like to add this to the death penalty list. You ARE hurting others with drunk driving and holding a phone while driving. Never did this, added to the list, TY.
3) I actually buy the vast, vast majority of games and shows I watch. I make enough to not have to torrent them. As a kid? Yeah i did it a bit... good luck catching people. Although if it was considered stealing on the physical level and you were caught, I suppose it would fit the list. Were the penalty death, I can assure you I would never have done it. See the point now?
4) Again, doesn't hurt anyone... if you notice, my list is things that effect people other than yourself in a harmful way.

At very least, we should have this. My way would be considered too harsh and never happen, but at very least, we need the 2 strikes you are dead rule. We have many people who are repeat offenders and then end up murdering someone. MOST (yes there are a few exceptions) rapist/murders weren't angels who just snapped one day. Most thieves/home invaders continue to do it after being caught once.

What part do you struggle to understand ? Even if you don't like it, it's illegal to watch porn while a minor. While most normal police departments have way more stuff to do than that, I'm not the one advocating for shooting people trespassing on my yard and bragging about it (and everyone that disagree with you is ''A LEFTTISTS'' of course)

What part do you not understand? I clearly stated I would want crimes that hurt other people to be death penalty, not all crimes. Thus, trying to steal my car and I catch you = justified shooting. 15 year old watching porn = parents problem because he isn't effecting anyone else.
