Everything you listed is available on all realms.

Not super laggy - Don't really know of any realm that is laggy, I play on a high pop and the only time it was laggy was during release.

Warmode shards you into a warmode exclusive shard. If this one is full, there will be opened another new warmode exclusive shard.

Not completely sure exactly how it works, but I'd assume it's region wide since they try to make each pvp shard 50/50 (they're not doing a very good job at that tho). Originally Posted by Schmilblick

On draenor its like 5 mins and less.Also these are the biggest servers for h/a.There is no more pvp servers,u just turn ur pvp on or off,warmode shards people

You should look for a guild that interests you (if you care to join one) rather than a server unless you have friends on a particular server there is no reason to choose one over the other aside from small realms having really out of whack AH.
