Bigger characters (Tauren, HM and regular, male Draenei, orcs) on skinnier mounts like birds, raptors, the Llothien prowler or flying carpets, those can stretch suspension of disbelief a bit, but beyond that pretty much anything looks at least decent...

For me it's gotta be Pandaren on a trike or Moonkin on a broom. Tauren on a flying carpet also makes me raise my eyebrow.
