Enhancement Shaman change PTR 8.1

I don't think most people are looking for a revamp, they are looking for some mechanical changes to help improve the spec.

The main issues with Enhance for example are core to how the spec is designed to function, in that case they'd have to introduce or revamp an existing talent into a sort of "bandaid" fix to alleviate the issues with the feast or famine, pendulum on crack type of gameplay which just means that you're hardlocked into ONE talent.

Same with spriests, the spec itself doesn't function properly and needs to be reworked from the ground up.

I understand shaman needs working but what the hell some people are severely overreacting

I've been invited to many M+ and never have much trouble in keeping up in dps,hell many i even top the charts,unless there is a frost DK lol

We've been waiting since patch 7.0 for these kinds of changes, and when patch 8.0 was about to hit we were told that they were out of time and to expect more changes in patch 8.1. Now all we get is a balance tuning pass for talents.

Have you considered reading? It's not meant to be an overall buff or nerf, it's just making it so you can(in theory) pick different talents than just 1 build. Not that they really succeeded in that, they just changed which 1 build it is.

As for the updates... I mean I'm happy Hailstorm got buffed because it's my favourite, but I doubt it's enough to make it the best one.
I think I'm just going to main my monk now. I don't like healing on my monk, but at least I can dps on it when we have too many healers (or tanks)
