Assuming that both were determined to fight to win, and weren't holding back for any reason, then Anduin would easily win.
However I doubt that Anduin would be willing to kill Sylvanas, he would hold back and so would either lose or it would be a draw.
Though if Anduin did go all out and unleash the full power of the Light to kill Sylvanas, he would probably be so grief stricken and upset afterwards that he would resurrect her back into full life and probably get her pregnant too. They would then return to Stormwind with Sylvanas eventually becoming Anduin's Queen.
Neither of them is written well enough for us to know the extent of their power. Hence, can't say.

Anduin has OP light powers. Sylvanas has bow and simple death magic. Anduin would win unless Sylvanas made some trap before fight.
It'd go like most duels against a priest:
Sylvanas: WHY WON'T YOU DIE!?!?
Anduin: * heal heal heal heal heal *
Sylvanas
She is at the peak of her power, Anduin still very much in the learning curve.
He would hold her down for some time, but currently I guess she would bust him. When Anduin is a lil more seasoned he should have the upper hand as priest against undead banshee
They do not die; they do not live. They are outside the cycle.
In an actual fight... Sylvanas would walk all over Anduin. She's gone toe to toe with the Lich King in real lore... Anduin really wouldn't stand a chance, he's just a kid and he is said to be really bad at fighting as it is.
You don't do much pvp, hu?
Disci can solo everything atm. Sylvanas would go down like nothing.
But the void is terrified of Sylvanas.

Yes.. because.. you know, kind hearted king set his own life on the bet in attempt to save people? He ran out there on the field with nothing.

Lets not forget, we've seen Anduin use paladin spells too.
And the almighty chains of light that even a Dreadlord couldn't flee from.

Sylvanas still lost.

You know the void probably knows about reverse psychology so the unwilling pawn of N'zoth won't be killed there and if you think about it, after teldrassil Alleria could be more open with the whisper because they were kinda right and wrong at the same time, also she can't beat a 18 years old boy in a war, if she could be a "problem" more later, they void will just send cultist to search and resurrect Arthas to deal with her since Umbric confirmed the void is capable of Necromancy.
Yeah I know Anduin didn't take a weapon in the gathering but he was still wondering if even armed if he could even defeat her.

Sylvanas. While Anduin has gotten better at fighting, that was never something he was amazingly skilled in. Meanwhile she's an undead empowered master ranger and tactician who has lived (and unlived) for far, far longer than him.
Sylvanas, Anduin got his ass beat in the opening cinematic by a nameless troll (or orc was it?)
Whoever the writer decides to give plot-armor to.
