Spellsteal weak aura

Unsure if it's possible as I've tried a few and to make 1 myself

Is there a weak aura that will tell me that something can be stolen, then tell me what I've stolen and also what it does like mouse over tooltip?

Tried a few and also a few add ons but can't find what I'm looking for
