Also, "more powerful" means nothing, there are handgun loads that exceed the kgm pulled by 5.56 by a lot, and tissue damage depends on a lot of factors, it's not so simple as "fastest=deadlier", if that was the case the very slow .45 ACP wouldn't have the formidable neutralizing performance against soft targets it's famous for.

I am not concerned with what the Gun Violence Archive thinks a mass shooting is, because it is defined by the Department of Justice as a shooting that kills 4 or more people. So, why is the GVA irrelevant?
