Metal structures and plastics would be gone i a few thousand years, yes.

I'm not even sure if the integrated circuits decay at all.
Glass and Styrofoam also do not decompose naturally either.

If you put a time lapse on a 1919 cadillac to now as you watch it (it wouldnt even take 100 years, btw) it would literally appear to be melting into the ground.

    Can we move on, now?
No it wouldn't. It would literally appear to be rusting away. Because that is literally what it would be doing.

    Photodegredation gets everything eventually.

It ALL decays like wtf are you talking about lol. This isnt even mentioning a massive meteor/comet striking the ocean (which happens fairly frequent on a universal scale).

Your mind doesnt let you think anymore, you stopped many years ago when your uncle told you this is how things are.

This is another reason, why i am smarter than everyone else...i never had a role model. ( before you freak out the situation i just described is a hypothetical).

If it is exposed to the light, yes.
Fossils proved that even stuff as sensitive as biologicals can survive, so I'd assume sturdier materials should survive too.

No that's still called oxidation, easier to admit being wrong and using the wrong term, people will simply hang on to this for a long time.

Also melting would mean the metal changes form back to a liquid state. Oxidation is something completely different.

I don't have an uncle I have any relationship with, so they would have told me nothing.

You're supposed to be the smartest person in this thread, yet you continue to say the most asinine things. Why would anyone ever take what you have to say seriously?

What the fuck ever who cares lol. Im trying to view this as a long range observer as to what happens to the landscape, call it whatever you want but it the car would literally appear to be melting (being absorbed) back into the earth.

    Can we now, move on?

True, but given a long enough time frame everything will eventually be broken down by the natural decay of matter. But we are talking a very, very, very long time.

It is great to have a vivid imagination, i would put more hope in humanity and less stock in imaginary societies that failed.

Clearly, you wont stop posting in here, and are adding nothing to my insightful musings.

Im not here for personal gain on any level, im just offering my mind up for anyone interested. So far, been quite the dud. More than a few people have said reddit is the best place to test myself, but i havea feeling no one there can match me either.

When you make a thread about the subject of truth, and thus facts. I would think you put more value in addressing and naming things correctly. Otherwise you're simply part of the problem.
