Do we know if that's based on the "base max HP" of the mob, or can it even be modified by the Bolstering buff ?

immagine that. aoe 10 mobs, kill them all roughly at the same time, so doest take to long, then have a 9stack bolstered ghost rise at 50% hp xD

It should not, but blizzard said it does... And this is retarded.

Basically you do one affix properly and then get owned by another affix because of retarded interactions...
