Not really. I mean they've gotten some time in with the burning of teldrassil and the new warfront, and Shandris is important in the war campaign as an individual. But center of the expansion? I think not. The center of the Alliance story is Kul'tiras, which is a human kingdom, though one more interesting than Stormwind.

Most of the races are human shaped ... I mean even Tauren and Draenei are basically humans with legs resembling a cow or goat and they are the farthest from human. Worgen could count as well, but let's face it ... that's just a werewolf.
