I think not. The center of the Alliance story is Kul'tiras, which is a human kingdom, though one more interesting than Stormwind.

Most of the races are human shaped ... I mean even Tauren and Draenei are basically humans with legs resembling a cow or goat and they are the farthest from human. Worgen could count as well, but let's face it ... that's just a werewolf.
