I really dont know how Trump can win in 2020, seriously. The only way Trump wins in 2020 is if its Hilldogs "turn" again. The dems could run Toby McToby, the old farmer out in West TX who makes cotton socks, and he can win in a landslide vs Trump.

I know that in 2020, I'm not wasting my vote on a 3rd party. Retardation has gotten way too real in the USA right now.

Previous Republican field proves that where the men of colour and women never really stood a chance. Ben Carson in 2015/16 was ahead in the polls for a really short time and that was because every few weeks a new anti-trump would become the favourite candidate.
US politics needs to quickly move on from the novelty of new demographic traits in its candidates, and start to be about governance and policy again.

    What am I "mistaken" about?

Didn't you guys have a black president already? And a woman almost won last time?

A women lost last time because almost half of the US population would have rather voted for a lying scumbag then vote for a women.

And Obama winning the presidency after Bush destroyed the US economy isn't a major feat.

I like Kamala Harris, I still remember the republicans having to step in to defend Sessions when she was owning him.

But I'm also really worried about her. She is very mainstream democrat which means she is a corporatist. So I fear she doesn't have our best interests at heart. So I'm interested to see how she does, definitely one of the major front runners for the primary.

That's an interesting way to explain why the only things about the candidate the OP mentioned were sex and race

    Especially considering Trump's behavior.

Trump sleeps with at least two pornstars, has three wives, and it's fine.

Bill Clinton gets a blowjob? Impeachment!
Kamala Harris slept around (not saying I believe that garbage by the way)? Oh my god she's disqualified!

Trump walks in on naked female teens at a beauty pageant? Meh.

These are the 4 criteria that must result in Trumps defeat in 2020:

    1) It has to be a woman.
    2) She has to be all about being serious, articulate, intellectual and working hard.
    3) Also Trump must continue on his current path of piling on the national debt.
    4) The economy must tank so the national debt will skyrocket as a share of GDP.

    Why?

Only then will the Simpsons prophecy come true. It is our destiny! (With the Democratic candidate standing in for the fictitious character of Lisa Simpson, of course!).

Is she running on policy or identity though? Because identity politics is getting super old.

It's like a completely different hearing for Kavanaugh happened in your mind and you think the rest of us saw that one instead of the actual one that happened.

I'd ask for citations to back this claim, but I'm sure you'll instead issue threats of violence to people instead because somehow you haven't been perma-banned yet.

Based on the wide berth of ignorance you flaunt in most of your posts, I don't think this was the dig you thought it was.

    Yeah.

    After Trump is gone.
It’s not sexism. There are reasons why, but I’m not going to get into that arguement on this left wing website cause I’ll get an infraction. You can go Google the reasons yourself. I’ll give you a clue it has to do with psychology.

Any Democrat at this point is far less business before individuals than any Republican seat holder. Especially POTUS.

For the record, she wants to raise corporate taxes.

When they talked about Kamala Harris slept her way up to the top, they were referring to the fact that she was dating Willie Brown (at the time the mayor of SF) when she first ran for DA. However, at the time Willie Brown, which was serving his second term as mayor, was highly unpopular. So whether the connection was advantageous to her campaign is questionable. In fact her opponents during the primary and general elections (which included the sitting DA at that time) used her relationship with Brown to try to discredit her qualifications.
