Getting free raid gear for turning on war mode for 20 minutes each week is amazing!

Last week it was iLvl 400, this week it's only 385 but apparently they're bumping it up to 400 again in the future. This means you no longer have to do raiding or any of that difficult and time consuming stuff if you're an alliance player, you'll have the same quality gear as a heroic raider.

Basically OPs point is the ilvl reward curve is and has been completely stupid for a while now.

And they are right. Like you should not be able to get Heroic raid pieces from activities that take nowhere near the time/effort. Such as doing 4 Mythic Dungeons that can be done in like an hour maybe 2 tops, a Warfront every 2 weeks that even the devs admitted is on par with LFR in difficulty and so on.

It's not about what other players are wearing. It's about how out of whack the reward structure has gotten.

you can also get a full set of 400+ gear from PvP, very casually. Just fill the CQ bar.

Literally all it takes.

Which you can do from random BG wins. 5 regular first-wins, and 5 epic first-wins /week is all it takes. Even less on weeks with Brawls (brawls reward the same as regular BG first wins).
