Allegedly? He was caught in a sting operation, there is nothing alleged about having contacted a federal agent who was posing as a minor in order to pursue sex with said "minor"

One thing that caught my eye in the article I'd read a few days ago was that the guys they arrested had initially contacted the undercover agents looking for prostitutes. It was the agent who asked if they'd be willing to sleep with underage girls. Isn't that at the very least toeing the line of entrapment?
