I'm wondering why you haven't been able to permanently make sure he doesn't come back?
He formates his posts the exact same way every time he makes a new account and it's always about the US being the best and how the EU sucks. Is this a legitimate Russian troll or just one dedicated loser?

MMO-C is full of basically loons and bell-ends like this. The whole forum with all honesty is becoming kind of a cess pit. Amazed the moderators even care with all honesty seeing as it has gone from being an uphill battle to basically trying to climb Everest in a snow storm, in high gravity, wearing 20kg weights attached to your balls, whilst having vaseline on your hands, and being forced to listen to "I'm The Scatman" on loop over and over.

And this whole issue could be solved with a simple trick that has been suggested over and over again here:

Don't allow fresh accounts to create threads or post in off-topic forums.

We have stated time and time again over the last year that this is not the type of complaint that S&F section is for. Moderation/user concerns need to get reported or PM'd to blues/admins.
