The warrant stated that heroin was purchased at the home, but no heroin was found. Someone isn't doing their job.

No-knock raids should definitely be illegal.

That’s the real problem with this one. They probably weren’t dealing.

I think there's a valid use for them, but they need to be significantly curtailed, and introduced with a much greater degree of oversight. There should also be significant restrictions on conduct, and much more significant consequences for abuse.

They have merits, but those merits are outweighed by their shortcomings. Like, in this case, one source said there were 14 officers on the scene. I dunno, maybe just... have each one stand 5 feet apart and grats, you got the house surrounded and they can't run??

None of the guns were listed on the warrant. (a nine milimeter was listed but that wasn't in the home)
This is Texas. Guns are kinda natural there. Which is why a specific gun would be listed on the warrant.

All things considered this stinks like the cops made a colossal fuck up and they are doing what they can to make it sound they were justified in killing two people that likely were innocent of anything wrong.

Amazing, you are willing to give away your rights.

Honestly, I don't care what people do in the privacy of their own homes as long as no one is getting hurt, and there were no signs of intent to distribute according to the police so this wasn't a drug ring.

If these were criminals putting other peoples lives at risk, that's one thing but barging into someone's home because of false information should be a huge concern to everyone.

For future reference... if you're worried about a loved one's drug use, don't call the cops and claim that person is a drug dealer. God damn it.

Not that it's super relevant, but still, jesus that was dumb.
So, she just got her daughter killed?

If true, I can't imagine the pain of causing that.

Race had nothing to do with it. Just because a black cop kills a white person which is more common than white cop killing black does that now mean youll say that its black privilege or admit that privilege is just a made up thing by SJW that have nothing better todo besides try and cause problems? Either way idc, thats the dumbest thing i read on this website in a while. Privilege haha... god thats funny

So you stand outside like idiots while they take cover and shoot you one by one? Lol.
Guns, illegal, in Texas? The state were you can legally buy a gun from a random person based solely if they want to sell it? No checks at all. Outside of any federal automatic weapon restrictions, anyone can own any handgun, shotgun, or semiautomatic or bolt action rifle.

Apparently this undercover officer has been paying off his informant for bogus information on more than a few occasions according to the Chief of Police.

Hopefully that thug with a badge gets charged with Murder. But it's a red state and he's a good ole boy, he'll be back on the job in a short period to murder others.
May 30th, 2019 - Trump admits Russia helped him get elected.

An elected Republican called for biblical law to be implemented and for all non-christians to be murdered. But it's sharia law we should be scared about right?

Republicans ran an actual Nazi for office in 2018 and he got nearly 1/3rd of the votes.

The officer is going to go down for this one. I wouldn’t be surprised if the police chief takes a tumble on this one too.

This happened three weeks ago. I’m kind of surprised it is just now making the MMOC Gen-OT news.

i would say this falls on the shoulders of whomever approved the no-knock warrant without full reviewing the evidence and how it was gathered
