Have you heard of the critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV? With an expanded free trial which you can play through the entirety of A Realm Reborn and the award winning Heavensward expansion up to level 60 for free with no restrictions on playtime?
Eh you have no proof of what you're trying to imply. And human nature kinda goes the other way. When its your job and you get invited to every gig it loses its charm rather quickly.
At that point you're selling out for nothing really. If you work for an entity they cant just blackball you.
Maybe if you were some freelance youtuber no one gave a shit about then sure maybe.

Hahahaha.
Unless you have vested control of that entity, you most certainly can be affected by not towing the line, should said entity decide you are problematic. Perhaps not as jarring as being 'blackballed', as that would raise questions. However, your job may be far different the day after you spoke your opinions, then it was the day before.
The problem with the Solo movie is that it came hot on the heels of TLJ and after the rollicking it got, people were very jaded on the Solo movie and in the end it showed..
I doubt as well that Capt Marvel will do as well as Black Panther did, especially how they are advertising the movie.. Will just have to wait and see for audience reaction reviews, as at this point in time they may be more reliable indicator of how good or bad the movie will be..
Personally, I'll just skip Captain Marvel. If they make it this clear to me that I'm not the audience they want to cater to and on top of that they want to push the SJW crap down my throats (both brie and the trailers ooze of SJWism), then I'm more than happy to accommodate. They don't need my money, and I don't need them.
My plan for March 8th is to go see Alita Battle Angel again instead. It also has a strong female lead, is a really really good film, the effects and fights are amazing, the story is a great adaptation of the source material, and most importantly no SJW nonsense to put up with. I want a sequel to that, not yet another marvel film anyways. (Not to mention giving a young amputee movie inspired bionic arms is a much classier charity than setting up a gofundme to get people to buy tickets and popcorn for kids to to see their movie.)
yeah because she's a woman means SJW. /s
"You know you that bitch when you cause all this conversation."
I will geninuely give this movie a fair chance. I am slightly worried about two parts shown in the trailers though.
The part where Nick Fury says "you're telling ME what to do?!" And Marvel replies with "Uh-huh yup!" Those kind of moments are very cringe no matter what side you fall on.
The 2nd scene shown that worries me is the top gun esk reference with Marvel and her co worker walking towards fighter jets and they smugly explain "further faster harder".
Thats not very subtle story telling and comparing it to wonder woman for example a successful superhero flick with a female lead. Dont shove it down the viewers throat.
And you dont need to correct/control men to show power. Its about balance. I hope they go easy on those aspects and let Jude Law/Samuel Jackson have their moments too because you can have interesting female characters without making the men props
and I would like to see more films with woman as the leads because there has been a disparity but let the story and characters always be the focus please.
Okay so completely independent of the content of the book since I haven't read it they need to stop hiring tumblr/twitter artists there has been a noticeable drop in the quality of comics the anatomy on that drawing is so off it could give liefeld a run for his money. Is she supposed to be part giraffe or based on those kamino aliens since her legs and arms also have terrifyingly bad proportions.
It kind of feels a lot like certain movies get farmed out as well to lower quality directors and this feels like one of them.
On that I have just seen an article where Brie Larson as Capt Marvel, want's to lead an all female avengers team..

thats the headline they pulled from the quote "Duh! I mean, I feel like they have to elect me. We’ve been talking about this, about what our democratic system would be, as to who gets to be the leader — or if there even is one. Maybe we can all co-exist happily, we don’t need to have a specific leader. But if they nominated me for that, of course I’m in"
thats some fine click bait you fell for son
