Nexx is kinda like Machismo. He's an anarchist in disguise. Far as he's concerned, if a law isn't prohibiting something that would lead to someone being hurt, that law, and its punishment, shouldn't exist. Machismo is one of those "small government, personal liberty, free market" types. Except for him it means government that can't do anything, including control its order borders; can't punsih anyone for anything unless someone is hurt; and corporations should be able to own people because free market helps everything. Dude actually argued against the FDA being able to fine companies for making unsafe food.

Also, what is all this crap about his "life being fucked up", you're making this stuff up to try to stir up sympathy for him. Like you said, he's 12. At most he'll get a year or two in juvie to hopefully straighten him out, then once he's 18 his records will be sealed and he can get on with his life. Stop acting like he's already been sentenced to hard time. "His life fucked up", indeed.
Holy shit, you actually think the kid deserves jail time? And people get pissy when you call them a fascist

Again, I never made such a generalized statement. Context matters. I know it's hard for you to take context into consideration.

Weird how I can find you complaining how white people can apparently ignore private property laws.

Stop acting like being arrested is the end of the world. He'll go to trial, serve some community service or time in juvie, which will hopefully straighten him out, go home, at 18 his records will be sealed and he'll get on with his life. Acting like Nexx like he's being sentenced to hard time is being disingenuous.

You sure he didn't beat your ass? Because you've got a pretty idiotic, fucked up understanding of the behavior of 12 year olds. I can't count on my hand the number of times me and my friends broke the law throughout my childhood, whether it was trespassing or running from security/cops. Never got caught, never had any sort of consequences for our actions, and we grew up to be perfectly law abiding citizens. Turns out the shit you do as a child when your brain is still, I don't know, developing, and you're better understanding things like consequences, your own mortality, and all of those things that don't just come to you before you're a teenager don't actually impact you in the long run.

Holy shit, you actually think people should be able to break the law knowingly three times, then multiple more times, and not be punished. Especially when they're so arrogant they can't even admit they did anything wrong?

Yeah, cause hitting him with a felony isn't the end of the world. For someone who claims others have no concept of real life, you sure are delusional.

A commonly held misconception is that once children turn 18, their juvenile records disappear and they can go forth with a “clean slate.”

There's a read for you, buddy.

So a criminal is sympathizing with a fellow criminal and is sorry his counterpart didn't get away with it like he did. Very nice.

Either this kid is mentally retarded. Or he thinks he is above the law and can do whatever he wants. If it's the former, it'll be discovered and he'll be sent to a hospital. If it's the latter, he'll be sent to a juvenile facility where he'll hopefully be taught that his actions have consequences.
Do you really think all the kids who tresspass are either retarted or think there above the law? Hell you think most 12 year olds understand trespassing laws or getting prermits?

How about what you actually read what I wrote? Odds are once he's 18 it'll be behind him, hopefully with him with his head out of his ass.

You seem to think strict parants never lead to rebellious kids which isn’t true at all.

    Do it? No

Do it multiple times after being escorted and being clearly told to stop? Yup.

If I was grabbed by the arm by a man, towed to the door of a building, and told not to come back or the cops would be called, even at the age of 6, I'd know better than to come back. Why? Because I'm not an idiot. Or I understood that if I kept doing this stupid thing I was gonna get in trouble. This guy is either an idiot, or thinks he's above the law.

    He didn't. Three times.

That's because you're submissive. As a kid, I'd just see that as a challenge.

Again, you're struggling with what context means and just ignore it like you always do. I'm seriously sick of your shit. You constantly blatantly lie about what people say.
It's not a lie. There's you clearly complaining that white people don't have to obey the law since you think they would have never been arrested or kicked out for selling things illegitimately and ignoring being kicked out.

Given how kids brains develop though puberty/young adult hood this isn’t really an argument. Yes he’ll be able to vote in 6 years he is also unlikly to be any where near the same level of understanding unless he has some kind of serious head trauma by 18.

Still waiting on your answer. What should happen to teens who have done hundreds of times what this one did? Do tell, so I know what to tell the police what they should come arrest and charge the teens for. Needs to be convincing too, so I won't get fined for prank call.
