McCain graduated from the Naval Academy in June 1958; he was fifth from the bottom in class rank, 894th out of 899.

On October 26, 1967, McCain was flying his twenty-third mission, part of a twenty-plane strike force against the Yen Phu thermal power plant in central Hanoi that previously had

almost always been off-limits to U.S. raids due to the possibility of
collateral damage.Arriving just before noon, McCain dove from 9,000 to 4,000 feet on his approach;as he

neared the target, warning systems in McCain's
A-4E Skyhawk alerted him that he was being tracked by enemy fire-control radar.Like other U.S. pilots in similar situations,

he did not break off the bombing run,
and he held his dive until he released his bombs at about 3,500 feet (1,000 m).As he started to pull up, the Skyhawk's wing was

    blown off by a Soviet-made
SA-2 anti-aircraft missile fired by the North Vietnamese Air Defense Command's 61st Battalion, commanded by Captain Nguyen

    Lan
assisted by fire control officer Lieutenant Nguyen Xuan Dai.(McCain was later awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for this day, while Nguyen Xuan Dai

was awarded the title Hero of the People's Armed Forces.
Decades later, Soviet Army Lieutenant Yuri Trushechkin claimed that he had been the missile guidance officer

    who had shot McCain down.

In any case, the raid was a failure, as the power plant was not damaged and three of the attacking planes were shot down.

They can give McCain all the praise and awards that they want but the truth can be read on his wikipedia page. /mic drop

So, he carried our the mission as he was supposed to and the mission was a failure and he was shot down, which happens.

One day Trump may notice you.

Because these people only know how to speak in intellectual dishonesty. They know they're being dishonest, they know we know they're being dishonest, but they still play the game because it's a mental illness. (I too will happily take an infraction for pointing out shitty behavior.)

Shapiro hit it right on the head today. All Trump needs to do till 2020 is sit and point at the sideshow going on in the democratic primary, but instead he's doing gaffe after gaffe after gaffe.

    Just this week:
    declaring ISIS defeated
going after the husband of one of his staff for no reason
standing above the grave of an american war veteran to talk shit about him

and in the past month, even more! The whole NK/Otto debacle. It's getting increasingly hard to support the positions of a man who can't even control himself this much. But I take a look on the other side, and I can't see much else better...

Literally the day before he was shot down he performed well enough in a raid to earn the Air Medal. The man was a war hero, regardless of his politics.
Bombing poor people in a third world country just because their political beliefs opposes yours makes you a war hero?

I think that most guys would want to recklessly bang a porn star or two in their lifetime.

I can't comment on Trump dodging the draft because I know nothing about that but many people at that time did dodge the draft because they didn't want to die for nothing in a far away country that they never had heard of before.

I am going to go with a no on that one, the world has no shortage of hot women let alone wanting to bang them without a condom at the peak of the AIDS epidemic.

Just because a lot of rich assholes did it doesn't make it any less wrong regular people had no choice but to go and it also means he has no ground to talk shit about people who did the right thing and went when they could have been a pussy like him.

The US, where commiting war crimes makes you a hero. Oh no wait, you're all still deluded that Vietnam was somehow justified.. then you got your asses kicked by a bunch of rice farmers.

He was shot down by a Russian, during the Cold War. Last I checked, USSR was not a third world country.

I think that most guys would want to recklessly bang a porn star or two in their lifetime.
No, most guys wish they had the game to pull a porn star. You won’t find many that take pride in paying 130000 for sex. That generally makes you a loser. Paying for sex, isn’t something most people would be proud of.

Yeah, and a lot of those people protested or went to jail. Few had a daddy that can bail them out. For fuck sake, even Elvis got drafted... and that guy wasn’t bragging about paying for sex...

Yeah, he must have been an evil dude for Karma to give him a tumor at 81. If that’s karma for his wrong doing, how fucking old could he have been?

No, I think he is comparing you to them. But, claiming altright rhetoric is a mental disorder, is definitely a new tact.
