HoA seems based on Role(DPS, Tank, Healer) based on what I saw from the essences/effects. So whoever thought that is how it was gonna be was correct. Also yay for next week PTR.

I still like Ion, I think he does a good job explaining the Dev's point of view. But I think he works better in text than his long, pause-filled, sometimes tangential Q&A answers.

Look's like there are no class specific Essences at all , I'm not sure if this new system is going to fix anything.

Okay, so my thoughts:

- Nazjatar is just fucking amazing looking. Art team outdoing themselves as usual.
- Mechagon questing area looks kinda meh, but that dung is amazing. The progression sounds interesting enough, just plain old progression with little RNG involved to obtain and craft items.
- Azshara's Eternal Palace might be one of the best looking raids ever created.
- I liked the bodyguard system in WoD except how u grinded the rep by just killing mobs. Looks like they're fixing that. Multiple bodyguards as I expected.
- Rares having affixes will only work if they're actually hard to kill and not zergable by 40ppl.
- Tidestone unlocking Ny'alotha???
- Heart of Azeroth seems fixed? We'll have to wait and see.
- HC Warfronts are whatever, we'll have to wait and see.
- Didn't really like how you needed Golden Lotus at revered to start Shadopan rep, likely not going to enjoy the WQ gating now.
- Ashran BG, jeej? Hopefully this means the rep returns.
- More Island mounts, jeej...
- Mount equipment seems good, but the the water strider will still be superior because it'll have water walking AND and equipment slot.
- PTR next week... sigh. Atleast they seem further along than anticipated.

They are essences not actual items so one would assume it's just a reference. One of the essences is called "Memory of Lucid Dreams" (I am the Lucid Dream), one is called Vision of Perfection (IIRC one of Azshara's titles).
