I would say in hand to hand combat I'd give it to Bourne but with guns it's definitely Wick.

I wouldn't even compare the two.
John Wick is designed to be OP and the movie to be fun.
Jason Bourne is meant to be a rogue agent. Hes better to be compared to 007 or Mission Impossible

Bourne. Wick's story plays more to the strengths of Bourne's. Wick runs on his reputation, anger, and adrenaline. Bourne isn't an assassin, he's a spook specifically trained to draw out and kill assassins like Wick. Wick's anger and belief in his own badassery are what Bourne was trained to manipulate.
With COVID-19 making its impact on our lives, I have decided that I shall hang in there for my remaining days, skip some meals, try to get children to experiment with making henna patterns on their skin, and plant some trees. You know -- live, fast, dye young, and leave a pretty copse. I feel like I may not have that quite right.
