That quote is said when the Horde player picks up the dagger and is in the process of bringing it to Sylvanas. I'm pretty sure it's referencing Sylvanas with the context.

This also isn't the first time that something related to the Void speaks of her bringing destruction. The Void within Alleria during Three Sisters Comic also warns her:

"This one is dangerous. She is a threat and must be ended. Beware this one. She seeks the death of all things...all possibilities."

I wouldn't be surprised if Nzoth wants someone to kill her with it at the end of the Azshara raid.

Based on how the developers have spoken about her. I pretty much see her relinquishing the Warchief title either because she starts to go down a more villainous path or there comes some "greater opportunity" for her that requires her to journey off on her own without the Horde.

It just sounds like the developers are going to have her be part of something bigger upcoming-wise in the story so even if it may be "N'zoth wants her dead" it's for sure not going to end like that.
