bolded text literally outlines her stance on the matter, she still doesnt like the Horde after all the shit theyve pulled, but understands that bigger fish need to fry first before they get back to killing the Horde
Does it make sense logically, after throwing a tantrum during Legion, for her to do this? Not much tbh... but thats been BFA's logic the entire time: to not have any.
Fod Sparta los wuth, ahrk okaaz gekenlok kruziik himdah, dinok fent kos rozol do daan wah jer do Samos. Ahrk haar do Heracles fent motaad, fah strunmah vonun fent yolein ko yol.
Well I mean.....Winter Is Here
BfA has been quite awful storywise. Be it Jaina, Sylvanas or whatnot, but the level of writing has been pretty much shit-tier. We did get a nice intro cinematic in this expansion though, but everything else is just bad.
She's wanting peace.
"Jaina: If Baine dies, then the last of the Horde's honor dies with him, murdered by the Banshee Queen.
Jaina: We will have lost any hope of ending this war peacefully. And peace is worth the risk."
"Jaina: For all her lies, Priscilla Ashvane spoke one truth. The war between the Alliance and Horde has kept us distracted. Divided, we have no hope against N'Zoth.
Lor'themar: We may have found common cause here in Nazjatar, but the battle still rages beyond these waters. So long as Sylvanas holds Orgrimmar, there can be no lasting peace.
Jaina: The war needs to end, Lor'themar. You know this to be true."
So yeah, the worst predictions came true. It's the SAME FUCKING STORY again - Horde does evil shit, but then 'wE mUsT bAnD tOgEtHeR aGaInSt ThE gReAtEr EvIl'. And then Horde gets forgiven for everything, with zero consequences - at best we get "well not ALL Horde is like that".
'Teldrassil must be avenged' my ass.
She is a massive hypocrite. After her failure towards aiding the Alliance by harbouring their troops in her city and building a road into the barrens so the Alliance could spearhead the invasion of Mulgore, she cries wolf afterwards that Garrosh broke her neutrality and the narrative was still holding strong that she did not form any threat or danger towards the Horde, nor assistance towards the Alliance. Even though there were Theramore troops caught in Durotar trying to burn down three settlements of the Horde, blasting a ship of a blood and high elven pirate ship at ratchet because they misstook it for a Horde Blood Elven one and supplying aid to the Night Elves against the shatterspear tribe.
Most notably now that the Alliance player assist in killing off mounts of blood elven NPCs in the purge, kills off Elves who put up little resist and that both versions can see her frostbolting Elves left and right to death. Let alone that she allowed the Silver Covenant to ethnically cleanse the city and then have the audacity to blame the Blood Elves for breaking Dalaran's neutrality while she herself was holding the divine bell within an Alliance settlement using Dalaran's tools to her fit. And the narrative just carried on like she was still neutral and not the aggressor.
And wether or not she did bad things. It is not validated or brought up except for another force who got a list of atrocities much worse so it kind of nullifies Jaina's actions and just sweeps it under the rug to never get brought up again.
I'm fucking done with the writers constantly pushing the narrative that the Alliance is constantly right while at the same time proclaiming that both sides were pretty grey. These writers suck and are just Alliance biased. I'm going to bet that the sunreavers are getting rewritten that they were all siding with Garrosh instead of just one person, justifying Jaina's purge and ethnically cleansing of Dalaran. You just know damn well that Golden can't allow her favorite characters to ever end up getting put in a bad light.
Alliance is good, Horde is bad. Deal with it

Hello, when will we open a "Rant" subcategory in this forum ?
Of course Jaina is a massive Hypocrite.
But thats okay, I mean we got Theramore bombed and Teldrassil is burned, feels good being the bad guy
Garrosh started the cycle of hatred by claiming on several occasions that he would conquer ALL of Kalimdor, and even the entire world, for the Horde. In light of these bold and insane claims, only one course of action could be taken.
As for the Purge of Dalaran, Jaina offered Aethas the chance to lead his people out of the city peacefully (an offer that Jaina wasn't given by the Warchief). But since Aethas is a stubborn fool, he refused, in spite of the massive advantage that Jaina had. The blood of those Sunreavers are on Aethas' hands as well.

Didn't Jaina broke the Kirin Tor's neutrality by hiding the divine bell in Teldrassil in the first place?

Jaina stormed in his room immediatly killing his guards. That's not how it happened. She said that Aethas stole the divine bell. While he did not.
The hypocrisy doesn't end there. When the blood elf sunreaver attacks Jaina and her friends out of revenge she says "your vengeance is with me and me only" yet she locked up every blood elf citizen in dalaran out of spite of one blood elf.
She's a damn hypocrite since the beginning of WoW
Horde still salty about being bad guys? I thought that's why most of you picked horde in the first place, no?
Also, these threads are getting old.
If the future is female...get ready for apocalypse.
She locked every Sunreaver because their leader refused to take her generous offer of leaving the city peacefully. I suppose that the deaths of those two nameless guards was such a heinous war crime that Aethas just couldn't dishonor his pride so much by leading his people out of the city without any bloodshed.
Remind me, how many Horde leaders have offered their enemies to resolve the situation diplomatically?

Jaina being a hypocrite is nothing new she has been for many years, but the important thing is she is a relatable hypocrite.
You drug and kill the mounts as an Alliance player in Dalaran so thry can't leave. What in gods name are you talking about.

How do you relate to someone like Jaina. She's a damn mary sue capable of doing nothing wrong. Even the narrator of the story is portraying her as a victim everywhere.
The Horde bombed Theramore and burned down Teldrassil, but the Alliance are evil hypocrits? As stated before, she actually gave Aethas and his Sunreavers a chance to piss off, but Aethas' pride couldn't handle that. The blood of those Sunreavers is on his hands too.
That was AFTER Aethas refused to leave peacefully.you drug and kill the mounts as an alliance player in dalaran so thry can't leave. What in gods name are you talking about.
