Because they sell primarily to minors who don't have any disposable income, their parents do. So you have to appeal, first and formost, to mothers and fathers. And they don't pay 60 dollars for games with bouncing tits.
Clearly those parents find sexual content problematic then? They have their reasons?

Simple, to conform to laws. And of course they conform to the strictest law to maximize their potential customers while avoid higher production costs... come on that’s elementary school level.

Yes they(who actually think so) have, it's called stupidity. And let's be frank, i would be more alarmed if normal parents don't find copious amount violence problematic, but it seems, to you that not really a problem, breasts are sinful, dismembering a guy with a chainsaw is obviously a good afternoon amusement.

It doesn’t matter anyways these days. All female video game characters end up getting jobs at Pornhub anyways. Even the ladies of Overwatch have fallen on hard times as their popularity decreases. They have to make ends meet somehow. The work pays well.

The problem with trying to completely get rid of pornography from youth is that you would have to eliminate the desire of it from the adults.

When I was a kid (long before the internet), we typically got a hold of porn from our father's stash. And the same is true today.

And the "righteous" who proclaim the evils of porn are actually their biggest consumers. Utah was the first state to declare porn as a public health crisis, yet they were (and possibly still are) the top state for porn subscriptions.

As for potentially harmful, the only studies that found any link between porn and violence or other significant issues were purely partisan efforts.

Yes, they do. Just like they probably don't want their kids to see movies with overly gory content, or 'scary' ones. They need to be ready.

Define pornography. Thats where your problem starts before any attempt to blanket statement everyone around the world in terms of pretending cultural norms are somehow baseline and unified when they aren't for anything let alone porn.

Pornographic material has been around as long as humans have had the capacity to depict things, so I'd say that's a hard no.

Didn’t Korea and/or Japan bam porn and it resulted in a bunch of over-sexualised teenage pop groups filling the void?

Only way is to leave this physical existence. It is really nothing new. Just more and easier access to it now, but for thousands of years, it has been engaged in. Of course laws are certainly needed to help prevent abuse of minors and should be rigidly enforced with heavy penalties for breaking them

Nothing wrong with porn , better those horny crazed teenagers rub one at home than go out with a loaded "gun" and ready to bang anything that move.

Porn makes it easier to relieve ourselves without the need to force others to do it. I don't know why some people want to encourage rape. Stopping porn is just a bad idea.

There is the key word: responsible.

You assume that the people that try to ban this stuff are responsible. Which is far from the truth. There is no good reason in any censorship. Only people who feel like they are above others and think they know what's best for others.

The actual responsible adults know how to handle things and work with them.

Have they even walked the streets of london? There are stickers and signs for nude women EVERYWHERE. Phone booths can be plastered with them.

nudity and pornography are fine. Sure, maybe they could do more on the 18+ front but at the end of the day who cares?

Kids can see violence, gun violence, R rated action films with MASS murder... but some titties is where we draw the line morally?

actually, violence is more culturally acceptable than sex as it is proven and in human nature. Kids love Gears of War, Halo, Call of Duty, all gory M rated shooters among other things.

Well technically we could blind everyone a couple of days after they are born to ensure they would never be able to look at pornography but that seems a little extreme. Plus you'd have to constantly go through all the books and pieces of paper in existence to make sure someone hasn't made depictions of men and women in braille boinking and imagine how hard it would be figuring out whether that rustling at the back of the classroom is actually someone shifting in their seat and don't even get me started on people being able to use asmr instead.
