Not sure if RP'ing or just ignorant to lore. Nothing in lore suggests anything that you said. He's the weakest and had his ass kicked twice. There's been no confirmed manipulation that you claim. There's been begging for help from outside sources, but manipulation? Not that we've seen.

I'll Wait 16 months until we can queue for LFR: N'zoth's Prison in the Black Empire Raid and AFK while a mixture of zoomers and boomers kill it for me

No, it is happening. The zone changed, it belongs to the Goblins now and is their home. Hearthstone is having a mechanical themed expansion soon, November's cardback is Goblin influenced and revealed concept art shows Goblin machinery. It's a HS expansion, sorry.

Or don't empower dragon aspects all of which end up playing into N'Zoth's plan.

Amazing how N'Zoth's entire stratagem can be completely foiled by doing completely nothing.
Most of those weren't even anything he set into motion, if not all of them. Empowering the aspects was going to happen, the faction war resulted from Azerite, Xalatath despises the old gods in general and only did what she did because SHE wanted to, and Sylvanas getting the blade is up to interpretation. Nzoth has become a "schemer" by doing nothing somehow.

Didn't he did that already with the questline of Knaifu?

Yeah but he needs to put some more effort into it. He’s probably the smartest villain we’ve ever faced so far for at least attempting it, but it really should be his focus.

Yeah honestly I am wondering why we haven't got any villain that hires us to do his bidding and if blizzard wanted, make him/her betray us later in the road, something like Arthas did with the troll group in Northrend. Well I guess the villains can't be more smarter than the writers which doesn't speak well for WoW currently.

P.D: I would love some questline where we are sent to discover and gather information to blackmail the faction leaders and tourch some village, I would love to burn Brennadan with my blood elf or better kill some Proudmoore.

Shame is that lore characters don't know MMO-Champ and cant check in spoiler section what will happen if they do this and that.

Nah. Sylvanas can see the spoilers and thus base her plan around the knaifu despite having no way that it'd be delivered to her because of the main character's subterranean IQ. Jaina can read the script and divine that the lesson of the expansion is love and peace, so it's really Sylvanas at fault despite orcs constantly fucking shit up. Power over the script is a rare skill, but some characters do have it.

She did offer him her servitude without a real distinction between a queen and a slave, and she offered him her people willingly, after all.

As for Azshara, I find that her willingness to die rather than serve to be very much in character. Selfish she may be, but she also has a sense of grandeur and theatrics which are intristically linked to her ego. This is a woman who for some reason thought that she would be Sargeras' bride, not just a servant. And she would not lower herself to anything less than N'Zoth's Queen.
yet her wailing and crying like a baby at seeing her commonfolk getting swallowed by water is hardly in character. Why should the supposed bride of sargeras care about some lowly commonfolks?
And was it nzoths plan all along? Doubtful, blizzards writers isnt that smart. They defiently went all the way with maniacal cartoon villain.
None of us really changes over time. We only become more fully what we are.

While I agree that things were as they were shown to us and him being angry wasn't manipulation on N'zoth's part, which damaged the scene (as did his generic voice instead of the one they used for his fish voice), the later scene does clarify the dynamic. Even after she's accepted the deal theres a good thirty-ish seconds where Azshara goes from smug to neutral to then worried and terrified as she begins drowning and fearing for her life until N'zoth changes her. It communicates who holds the reins here and is followed through on when she ultimately dies while he goes free.

Those common folks were with her and came to show how ruined her perfect almighty empire came to be, tho.
It's not that she genuinely cared about those individuals, it's they symbolized how her empire, and thus her, went to shit.

She did not call N'zoth magnificent, she called the Black Empire magnificent.
How do you know that she wasn't saying "magnificent" to N'zoth's true and mastodontic form?
The Void. A force of infinite hunger. Its whispers have broken the will of dragons... and lured even the titans' own children into madness. Sages and scholars fear the Void. But we understand a truth they do not. That the Void is a power to be harnessed... to be bent by a will strong enough to command it. The Void has shaped us... changed us. But you will become its master. Wield the shadows as a weapon to save our world... and defend the Alliance!

    Because it's outta context.
First time, no N'Zoth in sight, she's just looking at the Black Empire, stating it's glorious.
Second time, she's clearly talking about the whole naga business, how she went from a drowned dying Elf in the water surrounded by drowned dead Elves to a big ass serpent creature surrounded by fanatical serpent creatures who would serve her again instead of reminding her failure.

He is not out of sight, his tentacles can visibly be seen in the distance, and he is much bigger than the Black Empire.

You know, that's one of the reasons I thought Drakuru was such a great character. He saw our potential, tricked us into doing his biding in a way it seemed all the time he was a sort of good guy, then told us to join him, then instead of paciently waiting for us to reject and kick his ass tries to corrupt us in a believable way, and that kind of raises our chars IQ all of a sudden because we are smart enough not to put something with creepy magic on.

No "this is goddamn wrong on so many levels yet I'm gonna do it anyways because reasons" crap like the whole Xal'atath deal.

Still just for how the video is made we can conclude the core point was not N'Zoth, but him having a huge ass Empire around his huge ass. Had they wanted to have Azshara worshipping N'Zoth and only N'Zoth, not the idea of the Black Empire as a whole, he'd have taken more screen space or be more highlighted, rather than being that unmissable colossal thing at the background.

Or maybe it is both? She found the Old God and the empire he built magnificent? Crazy, I know.

P.D: Unless the squid screams are just to mislead us, but so far they are always making those Old God ramblings be 100% truth so...
C'thun was the most intelligent old god and remained chilled and collected the whole time. All the other old gods start screaming their heads out the second things doesn't go the way they want

If you want to foil N'Zoth, remove all quest rewards and loot drops and nobody will progress through anything and the plan falls apart.
