Putting hakkar above G'huun is kinda iffy. G'huun could only be beaten because of the titan machinery inside uldir and in vanilla hakkar was beaten without any help. Also Gul'dan at what part? During fight when he was give alot of sargerases power, before sargeras gave him power or at the end of tomb of sargeras audio drama before he opened the portal? Also as it was said WotA that "only archimonde and his lord(sargeras) would be superior to her" so we have to see more of what azshara power buffs have given her so putting her above KJ and arch is kinda iffy too.

Who said that, Mannoroth or a Warcraft dev? As with any demon, Mannoroth is extremely biased towards anything from the Burning Legion.

But yeah, those positions are interchangeable.

Unfortunate that WoW power levels are so difficult to gauge. N'zoth, the weakest of the old gods will require power we have never had before. Whereas the strongest, y'shraaj, was simply squished by the titan aman'thul (i think it was him).To which then aman thul was enslaved by sargeras and considered weaker than argus (who was cultivated to be an ultimate weapon of destruction~)... who we defeated using strong weapons*TM. Then Sargeras in all his power couldn't kill us for some unknown reason as illidan, who we also defeated in BC, became his eternal jailer. Granted the titans are strong but apparently illidan is stronger or as strong, to which we are stronger to illidan and y'shraaj? Then by that train of thought all other enemies, who are simply down the ladder from either the Lich King, Sargeras, or an old god are weaker. Like Deathwing, who defeated the ultimate dragon, was subdued by whispers: "hey dude, go kill everyone" Whispered N'zoth x10^100 to Deathwing.

TLDR

20-40 champions = God tier - because we have plot, the ultimate weapon.
Every end game villain = Dragon tier - because they never get anything done but could, maybe
Every general raid boss = Demon tier - just strong
Every dungeon boss = Tiger tier - monster filler

If MANDUIN and Jaina fused, they'd basically become a good-aligned version of Slaanesh, the Prince of Potential.

You do know that Deathwing had the power to destroy the entire world (he tried to do so by summoning a second Cataclysm) and Archimonde had the strength to destroy all of Draenor by conjuring a massive meteor? It was though by Mannoroth and even though he is biased towards his own but he easily regonized azshara is stronger than him which is already the pickest bias and as we have lore description from WoD archimonde dungeon guide which imblies he has the power to destroy an entire planet.

"When Archimonde reaches 25% health remaining, he summons a massive meteor to destroy Draenor." As Azshara haven't being imblied to wield to sort of power and we have yet to see his current powers at large so putting her above that is still.....
