A lot of the extra money came from there being 1.5% more returns filed than the previous year, not because of increased taxes.

The name was changed because "climate change" is a more inclusive term to label the effects of human industry on Earth's environment. Global warming is a part of and a driver of climate change, but it's not the whole thing.
