While your brain does tell you its weird to see an 18 year old with a 35 year old, that is just because you yourself see 18 year olds as children and 35 year olds as adults. In reality, people have massively different maturity levels. I hooked up with my future wife when i was 15 and she was 18. I was the mature one in the relationship and was, in her words "her rock." - we've been together over a decade now and are married.

For me, at 15 years old, the idea of hooking up with another 15 year old was fucking disgusting. I've never been someone that just wants casual sex. lol since when did I move to Thailand lol, you got me confused with someone else. I said earlier I'm in Virginia. If it's two consenting adults of reasonable intelligence (no abusing the mentally disabled!) then I have no problems with their relationship.

kinda OT: Did you know that Thailand (generally Chiang Mai) is one of the top locations for digital nomads? Probably tied with Colombia (generally Medellin). As far as I know Thailand isn't known for being pedo land it's known for lovers of ladyboys. I think as long as it's legal, it's none of my business who you date or how old the person is that you're dating. If I was your friend I'd encourage you to be happy, regardless of my personal beliefs. If you're 25 and the love of your life happens to be 65, we'd totally all go get drinks together and I wouldn't treat your partner any differently than I would if they were 25 as well.
