Steve Blum and Paul Eiding are favorites. I remember looking up Paul Eiding once just because I'd played both Diablo and Starcraft and thought his voice sounded familiar. I found out that his career goes back quite a few years and that he'd even voiced a handful of characters from some of my favorite childhood cartoons.
Karen Strassman is also pretty recognizable for me whenever I hear her voice in a game. I liked her voices for Kitana/Mileena in MK9 (apparently they went with someone else for Kitana in MK11, not that I care since I no longer have any interest in MK11) and Izsha in Starcraft. Also I'm not big on anime but watch it sometimes when I'm with friends and am pretty sure I've heard her in a few of the English dub ones that we've watched. Can't remember any of the titles or character names, but there have been a few times where I was like 90% sure I recognized her voice while watching some anime or other at a friend's house.
