If you’re talking about the dark picture with the gold highlights, that is actually purple and gold and most of it is the Void Elf heritage armor with the purple colored helm from Emerald Nightmare/The Nighthold (believe that is heroic difficulty, maybe normal).
The shoulders come from one of the dungeons released around ToS, if I’m not mistaken.

Not my set, but gloves, feet, and pants should all be from AtB (the naga tier set). Shoulders and helm come from WoD dungeons. Chest I’m not sure of, believe it’s an old world piece from vanilla-BC era. Maybe crafted. Should still be obtainable. Belt is from Tomb of Sargeras.
There’s a belt from Hellfire Citadel that might fit better though. It’s close to the same green and has pouches that hang off of it.

Looks like the normal HFC chest, legs and belt, helm from WoD dungeons - random BFA gloves and boots from ToV. Bow is unobtainable now

Yup, this is correct, except I think I was using something else for legs (set ones are slim and I wanted the bulky model, I don't remember what I used though and you can't tell from the screen shot). There is also wrist model visible, but since 8.2 you can hide them anyway.

This is my Night Elf huntress.



Here is the full front/back view of the tmog - https://i.imgur.com/DBqJHgN.jpg. The set is based mostly on the pieces from Legion S1-2 (Alliance) gladiator set. The cowl however is from the raid finder difficulty of Nighthold. The belt with the dagger is from the S3 combatant set from WoD. Boots, gloves and cloak are supposed to tone down the set a little and they're the basic BfA (Kul Tiran) questing gear pieces. And the last but important piece is a black shirt with long sleeves. The birds are called Darkfeather and Palefeather. How original, I know!

There is a polearm, Hellreaver from Hellfire Ramparts. As a survival spec loot spec, will this thing ever drop for me? I ask because it has str on it. So im not sure if the whole personal loot thing will allow it to drop since as hunter we dont use str. Im a returning player from the end of WoTLk so this is personal loot thing is still new to me.

I think with old dungeons and raids that are at least 2 or more expansions old, you don't have to use personal loot.

Unfortunatelly, i dont play him any more.
Because since 8.2 i cannot make custom sound files to work.
I used the old/vanilla gun sound.
I made a dawrf to shoot a gun and have it go "bang", not "ptoo".
I dont even know why they made that change back then.
