Golden ilvl% due to lowering it way below any normal levels. Which could be bragging rights if it happened on a boss that actually mattered... and guild didn't kick the player for holding them back with sub optimal performance.

Technically if a boss gets bugged by not using an ability whether intentionally or not, you can get punished for exploiting it.

At least if people remember Helya and what happened to the guild which "exploited" it when a mechanic bugged and stopped working.

You act like that's something that is beyond Blizzard's control.

Time zone is out of blizzard's control. Even if they did a global wide release of the raid. One region is always going to have an advantage due to being able to raid during the day versus having to raid into late nights.

Also an official competition cannot be taken seriously if ever raid there are always bug/hotfixes when its live.

Expect that's not it at all, they bugged out the previous boss, causing one of the main abilities of the boss to basically do nothing and instead of wiping it and going again, they chose to go with it, making the DPS/healing check of the boss WAY easier and ended up killing it on a pull that would have been a wipe otherwise.

You do realise Limit killed the exact same boss using the same "exploit". It seems blizzard doesn't really care or can't fix it quickly.

Why are you asking me? I don't even remember the last time Blizzard actually banned anyone for exploiting and when they have done it, it's always been completely random.

Helya was different, they let tanks die to interrupt her breath iirc. But the charge is just not working, or am I missing something?? So what should they do, just wait?
