Mag'har should get Shattered Hand customization.

They currently have no option for it with the closest one being Laughing Skull variant. I want pale whiteish body and red eyes. Of course Khargath's hairstyle should come alongside it!

Of course they would retain their hands for the sake of gameplay. Some nonsense explanation can be made for it.

The nonsense explanation is that they didn’t cut off their hands?

If they keep their hands they wouldn’t be Shattered Hand tribesmen/women.
Also, if memory serves, OG Kargath is bald.

Well, just think about how many heroes entered Khargath's ring and killed 99 Shatttered Hand orcs... That's why they're unplayable.

They kind of already do, the grey skinned with all the scars or whatever. They just can't can't have blades for hands for obvious reasons.

    This. They already have it.

Why not? They would be it. They can I don't know paint their arms red symbolically.

Literally the only difference between the two is that Shattered hand orcs have shoulder spikes, and there is a skin with shoulder spikes.

If you want them to have blades for a hand, you can always make sure to transmog fist weapons on them too. Just make a combat rogue with Shattered Hand skin and fist weapons.

    No.

SH are pale white and have red sclera of their eyes.

The in-game reason for this is because Shattered Hand orcs have their own unique "creature" model that's entirely separate from the customizable mag'har "character" one. In fact, if you look closely, because there's no female equivalent, all female Shattered Hand orcs actually use the grey Laughing Skull skintone instead.

The trademark bladefist is not mandatory for a shattered hand, faceyourself is correct the spike shoulders skin is shattered hand.

The art of self mutilation is their thing, be it having a bladefist (or any other tool as fist), spikes imbedded in shoulders or a number of other forms.

To the best of my knowledge only those who consider themselves warriors of the clan actually do it.

Their infamous assassins for example all predominantly have 2 hands, it cant be much to consider yourself as a shattered hand assassin (or even a non warrior townsperson

Like others have been saying, Shattered Hand orcs have pale whitish skin and red eyes. We don't have that as an option as a Mag'har. I'm no developer, but I am sure they can make a skin for the orc player model with ease. Recolor it white and make the eyes red.

I'd also like to add that it'd be nice to have a Dragonmaw skin option on Orcs or Mag'har, as well. They have the gray skin and glowing yellow eyes. Maybe even throw some tattoos on it.

No. Shattered Hand is literally as pale as can be. As pale as Bladefist, with red eyes.

What is labeled Shattered Hand on that picture is more like Shadowmoon.

So we're quibbling about Shattered Hand skin color when the single most defining feature of the clan - having replaced their hand(s) with weapons - would just be glossed over for the sake of gameplay?

If you have your hands you're not in the Shattered Hand.

Just to be clear - you want shattered hand added, but without the main feature that differentiates them from other clans? An interesting proposal.

That's more to do with custom geosets of the armor than the skin itself. The skin could be achieved with a few minutes in Photoshop. A person going by the online name of Handclaw made it before.

    Male and female.

This is really pedantic and pretends that there have never been concessions for the sake of gameplay.

Such as the fact that you can be a Lightforged Shadow Priest.

Enchanted prosthetic orc hands, now available at your local barbershop.

I'll admit I'm won over, they look great. They could have their version of the mag'har heritage armor recolor include a unique fist weapon.
