Yeah, this is actually proof that the last raid isn't Siege of Orgrimmar.

It definitely reeks of Siege of Stormwind though, with a reveal that Sylvanas wasn't in Orgrimmar at all. The Warfront is probably a distraction (Blightcaller boss sounds likely) while her forces sail to or teleport to Stormwind.

And people wonder why they deserve to be ridiculed this expansion. Even WoD had more originiality than this, WOD!.

It literally didn't though, it had alternate dimension BS coupled with shitty handling of the Warlords.

And again, Durotar Warfront doesn't equal a raid on Orgrimmar. We didn't get a raid on Teldrassil after Darkshore, for example.

Yeah - we could for instance get the Alliance/Saurfang intercept Sylvanas' army on the way to Thunder Bluff or something like that.

I always felt they should've made heritage weapons to go with the armors. Perhaps that'll be some sort of Mage Tower-esque kind of deal, where we can solo to get them...

If the new warfront is in Durotar, I see less chance of a world revamp coming in the next expansion. Durotar will have to be redone again if that happens, and I do not see them redoing the same zone in such a short time.

If the new warfront is in Durotar, I see less chance of a world revamp coming in the next expansion. Durotar will have to be redone again if that happens, and I do not see them redoing the same zone in such a short time.

Why is that? It just means that Durotar (as well as Arathi and Darkshore) got updated before 9.0, the rest of the world still needs updates.

If anything this means a world revamp is VERY likely because updating an integral zone outside the Horde capital is kind of a big deal.

It's literally a segway to updating all the Orc mounts though.

Couldn't expect anything else since wolves are just wolves, or in this case, Worgs. The Ram is just the PVP saddle mount with different armor on it, is it not? Same thing there, it'll hopefully just be the prelude to updated mount models across the board.

Edit: The ram just looks like the old one but with HD textures. Probably will have the same broken animations which is a shame. Can't wait for the Brewfest and Ironforge Rams to receive HD treatment, after seeing that though. The mouth still looks very much 2D however, but hopefully it won't be.

No it doesn't.

They might have to remove some features like siege weapons if they are used, but all in all it means Durotar just got revamped before the rest.
Same thing for Arathi and Darkshore.

If a world revamp happens I can see leaving Darkshore and Arathi Highlands as they are now, Alliance and Horde fighting for them basically for all eternity, like Alterac Valley, but Durotar is different, is a leveling zone, if they set a permanent conflict there, I just do not see them redoing it for the next expansion.
