I would love it if they did that. I meant to return to Twilight Princess because I stopped playing when I got to the escort mission but I still want to finish it.

It's a sad humor that players won't get quality FIFA Switch games, but .. oh well.

I get an itch to play sports titles from time to time, but not EA titles, on any platform.

I wish MLB: The Show would come out on the Switch, without MTX .. Various Street FIFA games without MTX, etc.

It's just as well EA won't push their garbage on the Switch. I don't buy their titles, anyways.

Three Houses is a legitimate GOTY contender, which in spite of enjoying the franchise since GBA is the first time I can ever say that. I don't just mean my personal one either, but a contender for the main stream awards with the amount of exposure it's getting and all the production value that went into it.

This year has been so meh for games if it ended right now it would probably be a land slide. Death Stranding is really the only obstacle for it.

Why would you think a game that hasn't even released yet might be a contender? It may be horrible once it comes out...plus there's been talk about it being delayed and not even coming out this year anyway

Good thing it's not a fallout game then.

It's an AA game with an AA budget being published by a subsidiary of 2K that was literally made to publish AA games. There won't be any TV ads and its launching around CoD, Luigi's Mansion, Pokemon, Death Stranding, Star Wars, Death Stranding(yes it's worth mentioning twice) good fucking luck trying to get exposure and word of mouth going. Game won't even chart in October and November.

Not to mention it's a new IP even, it doesn't have some loyal fan base that is going to buy it no matter what like Trails of Cold Steel 3 or Shenmue 3 have coming out in the same area. Those are very niche games as well, but their niche will drop anything they're doing to play them, not gonna happen for Outer Worlds.

Obsidian is the developer, not the publisher. Private Division is the publisher, a subsidiary of 2k for funding non AAA games. It's their game, not Obsidians. It's not something like Pillars of Eternity that obsidian owns, it's Take Two's IP as much as GTA, NBA2k, BioShock or RDR are.

But it's a niche game, being published under a brand that was literally created to publish niche games. Anyone who thinks it's gonna do fallout numbers be living in fantasy land. Could the IP eventually grow into that? Maybe, but unlikely it will under Obsidian with them now being owned by MS, and a 3rd party owning the IP.

Even his worse games are miles better than most games that comes out. The only "Talk" about a delay is due to his tweet about his team crunching to finish the game.

If it did get delayed it would be by a month, Sony isn't going to let a holiday go by without a big release.

I also think tt will probably be out on time.

If it had any threat of being delayed it would be by a few weeks and Sony would throw more money at outsource programming and what not to make sure it comes out this year. 2020 is already stacked for Sony with TLOU2, GoT and PS5 launch, they will make sure DS it out to bolster 2019.

Never said anything about what type of sales numbers The Outer Worlds was going to put out. Just trying to clear up my own information about Obsidian itself. Did you just add all the extra crap to your reply to make yourself sound smart?

Another topic: some people already getting their hands on the revised Switch and posting about it. Every one I have seen so far is mentioning the joycons having a different feel and wondering if they are also a bit revised and possibly because of the drift issues.

I stated I was asking about them to clear up my own information.
