Did the streamers really all roll on Faerlina?

This site says most of the NA streamers rolled on Faerlina but I see rumours suggesting that Asmongold or a few others might switch to Herod (possibly out of spite). Does anyone actually know the truth of the matter.

(I actually think all the streamers on one server could be good for the streamers because they could have some epic competitions amongst themselves and their fans which might make for very good streams)

if they all play on same server and their server gets overloaded they might not be able to stream effectivly

They're all on Faerlina, yes. Anyone who thinks that they won't have alts and play on other servers is delusional though. They play the game for their own enjoyment as much as anyone else, and there's only so much you can get out of a single server/character before you move on to other things for various events or other purposes that they'll end up doing. such as playing the opposite faction of what they main on Faerlina. "Streamer servers" have been a thing on retail for a long time and yet Kel'thuzad isn't seen as an Asmongold server and his presence isn't felt to the degree that forums and reddit communities are making it all out to be. Stop worrying about streamers and where they play and think about your own enjoyment instead.

with only a few servers i think it will matter

back in TBC and wotlk when arena was huge, some servers went from low/medium pop to locked within a week of esports teams transferring to a server.

It really wont. Layering will prevent stupid horde of followers, they will be bored reaaaaaaally fast. And the whole classic hype will die quite fast, leaving only the few players actually interested in playing long term. There is a reason for the low amount of servers.

Asmon's name is taken on Herod so that might be enough to keep him off it.

I ran a search on him, found out the IT geniuses at my workplace forgot to block twitch and have been watching some of his streams lately.
I expected some really annoying kid acting like an idiot and to my surprise dude is not half as bad as people make him look on this forum.
I really don't get why so many people here seem to hate him.

That’s because he basically trolls the classic people - as for me a retail fan bwoy that will for SURE be playin classic, I for one think it’s great that they all chose a server to plague with the streamer getting special treatment and stuff.. it’s honestly good for everyone.. we can go on their server and stream snipe like crazy OR roll Herod, the mothefuckn peoples CHAMPION server to play with the real fam... I honestly cannot wait!

because he annoys the minority of the fanbase that likes BFA and only plays LFR and like to act like their opinion matters.
unfortunately those people's only primary concern is bitching about other people's complaints about the current shit-show that the game is.

why? because they need the reaffirmation that they aren't complete losers at a game and probably at life to.
so anyone that calls out how pathetic they actually are in-front of large groups of people really miffs them off because it's like when they had to give their lunch money to bullies because they can't work up the nut to jab them in the throat while the teacher isn't looking.

He gets his best geared fans to carry him through content while he watches wow vids on stream and tells them all to set their loot to what ever items he wants and hoovers it all up and any mount that drops. So i guess jealousy?

I can't speak for everyone, but this is why I quit being a fan of Asmongold.

Considering streaming is their business, I wouldnt trust much of what is said. There are huge troll communities just looking for an opportunity to stream snipe, so why make yourself the easiest target?

Assmongler is basically a force - and Herod is the anti-asmon so.. take a wild guess. Herod will be the best server NA, it will be the illidan of retail. Playing anywhere else is a complete waste of time in the long run: you cant char swap in classic to the most populated server with an already created toon so.. when classic dies and the server communities are everything, herod will stand strong
