    Advice on spending 300$

So I got a giftcard for 300$ but it can only be used on Samsung's website. I want to spend the money on whatever is going to give me the most bang for my buck. I don't mind putting a little bit out of pocket. The thing I was looking mostly at is a second monitor to replace my shitty 60hz hp one.

That's what I have now,I also considered an m.2 but not sure.

I'd consider some bulk storage, but Samsung doesn't do HDDs.

There isn't anything that I'd really consider to be lacking in that PC, so your only choice really is a new monitor if you want to keep it PC-oriented. You could also consider getting a new smartphone if you're in the market for that.

I am very happy with my purchase, zero buyers remorse. The 36 month payment option at Verizon made it a much easier buying decision.

For samsung storage, your only option for LOTS cheap is their QLC stuff. For bulk storage.... probably not a bad option.

I'd have gone Ryzen personally but... each to their own

I want the best period for my hardware. Ryzen is good but not as good as the i9 9900k

Fair enough... it's... 2-3% (on average) atm, DX12 onwards.... Ryzen will pull ahead, earlier if the boosting issue gets sorted. Again, no hugely negative point intended.
