Layering bug already ruining my game

So apparently layering isn't just for starting zones. I have been died twice due to random layering even when I'm doing quests solo:

-Carefully clearing druid cave in Ashenvale and layering kicks in and looted mobs disappear and the game puts me out of stealth, suddenly I'm surrounded by 3 mobs while I'm low hp. Is this intended or just a bug?

layering should only swap when you join a group, so likely a bug somehow.

literally seen no one but you have this problem, so likely you are doing something wrong like joining/leaving groups in spam.

or your lagging, cause changing layers does not remove you from stealth, so no sounds like your bsing

Developers made it clear on multiple occasions that a layer was essentially a virtual realm, not just the starting zones.

What you experienced sounds like a bug and should be reported to the appropriate place. Reporting it here isn't going to get it any useful attention.
