Momemtum is a good thing. One thing i could hope for is Ion to be replaced by 9.0 so that we get someone new to helm 9 and 10.

Now that we have discussed and enclosed patch 9.0 leaks -

What do you think about patch 10.0?

World of Warcraft 9.0 Shadowlands will have Sylvanas siege Thunder Bluff as Cairne is considered and enemy of the Horde. Alliance aids the city in the defense which is primarily meat wagons and catapults. After defeating the siege attempt Anduin learns of Sylvanas setting fire to Stormwind which prompts them to teleport that city. When they arrive everyone is dead and Sylvanas kills everyone but dies in the process. As the player, you wake up in the afterlife--the Shadowlands homeworld of the Old Gods. There you regroup and build a teleporter from there back to the living world. This opens up the availability of the new class: the Tinker. This expansion will mainly have to do with the Old Gods, Sylvanas, and the Rebel Horde.

My guess in 10.0 will be the end of Horde vs Alliance. Maybe a rebuilding of Azeroth, time travel, space travel, seeing what's on the other side of the planet, or even peace.

It's been a while since we haven't seen Nefarian and Onyxia, so I'd put a coin on Void Nefarian and Void Onyxia in BWsomething
