To put things into perspective CO2 per capita in India is 1.73 tonnes, Great Britain is 6.5 tonnes. China is 7.5 tonnes.

And a lot of these solutions aren't even related to overpopulation or over-consumption, its the result of people's stupidity. Driving cars? Check. Eats beef? Check. ACs? Check. The list goes on. Having the means to live more sustainable lifestyles people chose the opposite and even strike when politicians try to do something about it (remember the yellow vests trashing the city because of an increase in fuel taxes?)

You have a weird situation in which the same people who say we need to stop having kids for the climate also want to have unlimited immigration.
