Jungle Remedy quest in STV on a full server
Jungle Remedy quest in STV on a full server
When I realised I dont have it in me to level a Paladin to 60. I made it to lvl 39 and suddenly had no desire to play whatsoever. Tried logging in to quest, but nah.
Probably because I played classic back in the days so I know all of it anyway. Only thing I never did was Naxxramas. So theres really nothing new for me.
I dont know, a lot of it is bad this time around. The toxicity is just insane this time around. The BiS crowd is everywhere. 90% of the LFG spam has X item reserved in it. etc. I dont know how long i will stay tbh. Why people are hunting BiS like it was the Holy Grail when we wont get new content in a very long time is mindboggling to me. It is not like you need BiS for MC or Ony anyway. ANd people that reserve gear are just... i dont know, must be a privater server thing transfering over.
Most groups i have joined that does a select few bosses only have been so toxic i just lose all will to keep playing even when the toxicity is not directed to me. Not all groups are toxic ofc but a lot of them are.
Outworld farming is even worse, people get super mad and start curse at you if you are in the same area, like they think they can grab a part of a zone and farm it with impunity. You need something? Well so does other people.

Any time I saw a Miss / Pary / Dodge / Resist on a 1-5% life entity before dying.
Probably these annoying people who got this dogshit addon clicking every quest isntantenously.
These fkers join your groups and of course have to click escort quests in dungeons when others did not finish previous ones...
Had this happen in RFD and BRD like 3-4 times already.
my worst experience is every time i see master loot/need roll system (it had brought back assholes and abusers in game) for dungeon and raids.
personal loot is so much better and should be present in classic.
I love personal loot on live. For raids I can understand master loot, even then just have players roll for loot and then dish it out properly. If they brought in the MOP need or greed system that would solve some issues with ninjas but obviously is a change and would split the player base.
I had a similar issue in one of my farming spots, it's full of mobs around level 41-42 and I was 55ish, it still gives very good money, however. So, was cracking on doing my thing and some Dwarf somehow thinks all of the mobs are his and he has a right to them, he then yells "JUST F OFF WILL YOU" so I proceded to farm them even harder and steal some of his mobs as well just to annoy him.
Thing is, I would've gone to the other side and left him alone if he didn't say anything, tough luck There is and always will be assholes on WoW, just like real life, unfortunately.

That guy is a known moron anyway xD claims that retail leveling is harder and not mindless. Wouldn't pay any attention to anything he says.
Not being able to play as much as I want because I'm a grown up with a job, a family and two dogs to take care of now
Questing in STV as an Alliance player on a PvP server where we're outnumbered. I'm down to only two more quests there that I care about doing, then I'll finally be done with that shithole.
There's a simple solution: learn to defend yourself. It's extremely easy to fight back with a few consumables. Get aggressive yourself, adapt to PvP server. Also as a side note for others, STV is really optional zone; people should optimally go there at ++40 as Alliance.
Like seriously, you've opted for PvP realm where the only difference is world PvP, and then you're complaining it's your worst experience thus far?
So far just the alliance problem when playing horde on most PvP servers. At first we had what seemed like even population but we were ahead of the curve leveling. As more people started to hit 60 it became evident that we out numbered the alliance at least 2 to 1. Every dungeon had a group of horde waiting for members to get to the dungeon and killing every alliance in sight. In the world the farming spots were about the same. We also had a devilsaur cartel on our server that would zerg a corpse if you tagged it and skin it if you looted and if you were alliance you were just dead.
All of this caused alliance guilds that killed Ragnaros to get up and leave the server. After seeing this on reddit that 3-4 guilds confirmed leaving we instantly noticed the lack of 60 alliance in the world and could go hours looking for some world PvP only finding none 60s that you feel guilty killing as they probably died a ton and you killing them is making them want to join the ones that left.
We ended up following the alliance to the new server and are now the out numbered ones. Traveling around the world has been a blast and anytime we wanna PvP we can go to any zone pretty much to find 60s as they seem to spend their time killing lower levels. Some of our lower levels have already regretting moving and have since moved back or to another server. One of my friends couldn't hand in quests for 2 hours because 60s were camping and killing the quest givers.
So my worst experience so far is the opposite faction trying their hardest to force people to quit/move servers. We came from one server where everyone complained about the lack of world PvP on a PvP server that they pretty much turned the server into a PvE server to another one where it might happen again.
I was making a party for Uldaman, and went through a number of players to find the group.
Invited one person, only to find someone better, this other player who I removed was also toxic, and was voted out of the party.
I received hateful messages from this kicked player, who proceeded to block me. Simply because they had been replaced by someone of the required level, and after having been removed due to vote.
Sad

Tanking item the healer was a moron and should be remembered so you don't accidentally invite them to any group content again.
I had a similar thing happening earlier tonight, some guy was farming the same mobs i needed for an enchant and he ask me to leave, i say no (i need the enchant just as much as he does) and then he tells me to layer jump, i tell him no because i dont layer jump (i havent done that on purpose once as i think layering is a dumb system, he can layer switch if thats his thing) so he just start to insult me. I put him on Ignore. The sad part is that he was from the only guild i actually respected on the server as i have only up to that point had good interactions with them. (Most other guilds where i have met more than one player have been a bit toxic to say the least)

Sunken temple. Tedious, boring, frustrating, shit loot. Reminded me why I preferred TBC so much since they managed to make dungeons both much harder and much shorter.
