Haven't seen any models yet about his form in the final raid encounter, but I assumed this is him.
just going by previous artwork released of him

I am going to go ahead and say that he looks... absolutely unimpressive, especially when compared to the artwork.
Like a ballsack.
Well it's either that or this:

Though one could be the Carapace and the other "his true form".
Yes, that's N'zoth.
My goodness, people.
Formerly known as Arafal
No, this is Patrick
but yeah its him, with half tentacles
Yes, that's very very likely N'zoth. I mean, it looks just like him, complete with the eye positioning and such.
This kind of raises a question for me, though. Did they base N'zoth's WoW appearance off of Hearthstone, or the other way around? If it's the other way around, how long have they had concept art for him?
His artwork looks so much better. WoW's cartoony graphics makes it look like it comes from a kids cartoon
I wouldn't be surprised if they've had artwork over the years for lore purposes and this has been his design from ages ago. I'm sure they do some minor tweaking, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is how they designed him 10+ years ago.
Also the way his head is shaped really reminds me of CoS when you're running towards the last boss. You walk into what looks like a giant mouth with rows of teeth above and below you, almost like he was tilted on his side with his head ajar. Any relation?
Most likely the wisest Enhancement Shaman.
It's just ONE part of the full model. I'm sure it won't be "just that" in the fight (assuming that's really N'Zoth) and that there will be tentacles and other stuff around in the fight. For all we know, the entire fight could happen like it was in the Crucible of Storms, with us "inside" N'Zoth and this is just one part of him we interact with during the fight.
